A Moment of Silence

How do you describe a place that affected you more then you thought it would? This was one of those places for me. It is the Oklahoma City Memorial. This event did not personally affect me in any way when it happened. I just happened to be visiting the city almost 10 years after the event. To be on the site, to see the chairs for each person that died, especially to see the smaller chairs; this site will be in my heart forever. I would expect that people would have the same feeling when they visit any site like this. This is not a great photograph by any means, but it is something that stirs feelings in me anytime I see it. If you get a chance to visit the site, please take it, you will not regret it.
